Also included in this new document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend labelling distinct areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.
