Iran is ready to restart nuclear talks with Washington provided that it is treated with "respect" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has declared.

In what is described by Iranian officials as the struggle of repair and rebuilding, the foreign minister stated he was assured Iran's military capacities "have significantly improved than before 13 or 14 June of this year. Our entire military infrastructure have been rebuilt. We gained numerous insights from this war; we have come to know our own weaknesses and the shortcomings of the enemy."

He added: "We effectively endured this war. Our enrichment knowledge, which they planned to destroy, remains in place. The sites and equipment, if eliminated, will be reconstructed; what is essential is the determination of the nation of Iran and then the social solidarity that they aimed at, but were unable to destroy. The citizens of Tehran have become more powerful, more integrated, and more backing of the leadership and the nation in the face of this assault."
